We ask that you please provide at least 24 hours’ notice on any rush filings for Victoria Supreme Court Registry. We will return your filed papers with the Supreme Court of British Columbia seal on a same-day basis (via emailed PDF). This option is most popular with our clients on the Lower Mainland who have elevated their proceedings to the provincial capital or are having hearings at Victoria Law Courts.
If your filing requires a fee, we also provide printed cheques payable to the Minister of Finance on your behalf. With Expedited Motion, filing your court documents at Vancouver, Victoria, New Westminster, and Abbotsford Law Courts is effortless.
