Most often, this includes – but is certainly not limited to – your Affidavit(s) of Service that we prepare. This move represents a huge step forward for our company, and further increases the services that we are able to provide to our valued clients. In most instances, when we send proof of service documents back to our clients – especially to our General Public clients – they need to take time out of their workday to attend the Court Registry and file them in person. This often involves waiting in line at the Registry, finding parking, finding the proper counter and – for the most part – figuring all of this out on their own. For the client with little to no experience with filings, it can often be a stressful and/or cumbersome ordeal.
