There have been multiple updates across our web platform and business starting this month. Notable updates include;
- Secure Process Serving Request Form
- Now you can easily put in a service request by filling out our “Process Serving Request Form” that includes all the detailed information we need to fully assist you in your efforts to get your documents served right and on time
- We even have a secure drop portal on our form which allows you to browse & select, or drag & drop the digital file copies that you need served
- Separate Fees for Law Firms and the General Public
- General Public fees are now charged at a straight flat-rate that includes 3 attempts at the address provided, all kilometres traveled, and the accompanying documentation for the service, such as an Affidavit of Personal Service, Affidavit of Attempted Service or Certificate of Service.

- Law Firm fees now include multiple service options depending on the timeline, complexity, and special instructions of the job

- A much more user-friendly design across desktops and mobile devices, with the highest levels of security and encryption
- Expedited Motion’s platform now has a secure SSL certificate (as you can see from our HTTPS designation). This means that all information coming through the website is secure and highly encrypted. All communications and documentation shared through the website conforms to the highest levels of privacy-protection, anonymity and confidentiality
- Drop down menus, hyperlinks and phone number shortcuts make contacting us and obtaining information on process serving a breeze for you
- We have even included all the relevant FAQ’s and information pertinent to first-time clients in our “About”, “FAQ’ and “Process Serving” pages
